- Transfer entails transporting at least one passenger from the departure point to a pre-agreed destination.
- Reservations are made online and must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled transportation time.
- For reservations within 8 hours, please contact us by phone, email, or chat.
- Upon acceptance of the reservation, a confirmation will be sent to your email. You will receive details of your transfer as soon as possible.
- If you have made a reservation without a credit card, you must be available 1 hour before the transfer. Failure to be available may result in cancellation.
- We reserve the right to refuse a reservation if there are no available vehicles.
- If we are unable to fulfill the transfer, we may assign it to our partners. We are not liable for any resulting damages.
- Go Shuttle reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
- For reservations made before a price change, the agreed-upon price at the time of reservation applies.
- There are no additional fees for canceling a transfer. We advise timely notification of cancellations.
